This program is intentionally focused on maximizing muscle build, delivering overall definition and strength. And while most will assume this is a program created for guys, don’t be deceived - this program is equally as beneficial for women as it is for men.
For our female clients, keep in mind that the ‘toned look’ so many people are seeking comes from fat loss in conjunction with muscle growth. Do not be concerned that building muscle might mean ‘big and bulky’ - that is not this. This program will get you toned and firm in all the right places, accelerating fat loss and achieving a lean, strong body composition.
For our male clients, if you’re focused on building a muscular physique, this program is for you. This program is designed for all levels of fitness so no matter if you are the ‘I want to get rid of my dad-bod’ client, the ‘How do I lean out this gut’ client or the ‘I want a chiseled body composition’ client, this program can be customized for your desired results. Our Muscle Build program includes:
• Four (4) Workouts per Week
• 24/7 Access thru Online / Mobile App
• GYM or HOME options available
• In-App Tracking for Progress Monitoring
• Workouts are customizable to the user’s level of fitness
• Instructional videos for additional workout support
